A surprise? Not sure. Sick? Yes! Amber Wing adds another “first female ever” trick into her truck-full of accolades. I got the text from good friend and wakeboard professor Kyle Schmidt that Amber had stomped the first double flip by a female. We both agreed that Ms. Wing was still as badass as ever and women’s wakeboarding is lucky to have her pushing the limits of what can be done by the ladies. Don’t get us wrong, we know not everyone has a near olympic gymnastics background and the guts to try all these bangers, but Amber yet again shows us that it is not impossible.
