2023 Heyday WTSurf

The WTSurf is built to deliver fun for a variety of skill levels.

Heyday’s WTSurf is its largest model, with room for 17 watersports-loving family and friends. Though its name implies a specialization in wakesurfing, our time aboard proved this boat is capable of much more.

Deep gunwales in the squared-off bow provide comfortable, ample space for multiple people to sit and face either fore or aft. A removable cushion transitions the space into a playpen-style lounge for added comfort. In the cockpit, spacious wraparound seating proves comfortable, and a convertible backrest at the OB seat allows boaters to face aft to watch the on-water fun. All-new vinyl upholstery makes all the seating more durable and comfortable. Nonskid decking throughout the interior and around the gunwales ensure secure footing.

The most unique feature of the WTSurf is undoubtedly the lounge seats on each side of the engine compartment. Designed to be ridden in while facing either forward or aft, these work well for lounging but offer an incredible vantage point for watching the wakesurf action. Speaking of the action, the WTSurf is built to deliver fun for a variety of skill levels, whether wakesurfing or wakeboarding. Fill up the 2,800 pounds of onboard subfloor ballast and riders are treated to sizable wakesurf waves with a clean face and a pocket that provides ample push.

Thanks to storage under the seats, in the in-sole locker, and on racks on the tower, there is plenty of room for all of that watersports gear. The tower also houses a large Bimini top that helps provide needed shade on sunny days.

Gauges displaying miles per hour and rpm flank the center-mounted touchscreen that gives the captain access to functions like cruise control, navigation and engine data. Toggle switches to the left of the steering wheel control onboard systems like the blower, lights and bilge.

From the first-time rider to the seasoned watersports captain, Heyday’s WTSurf delivers a solid mix of performance and comfort in a unique package that’s more accessibly priced than similar-size watersports boats.
