Top Wakesurfers Sweep The Podium At Wake The Desert

The largest wake event in Texas, Wake the Desert, was bigger than ever in 2013 with over 50 wakesurfers competing.  This year Wake the Desert joined Tige’s Endless Wave Tour to bring in the best athletes from around the world.

“We are thrilled to see our event be truly global with competitors, spectators and online viewers coming in from all around the world,” stated Chris Kinsey Sr., local coordinator for Wake the Desert. “Our 15th Annual Wake the Desert in 2014 is in the planning stages and we have some really cool surprises in store!”
