The Kink has a totally new design with a new shape for 2009. A fou- fin pattern was added giving better edge control. The first adjustable fin system, the fins have the ability to change the ride by moving forward and backward. The center spine was increased for softer landings and better edge-to-edge response. The double wingtail design makes the board sit deeper in the water when riding flat for better tracking and easier landings. The 146 cm size was added to the Kink series 2009. This board is intended for the intermediate to advanced rider looking to perfect their tricks or take their riding to the next level. This board is great for doing big grabs into the flats or learning your first invert, and with a cleaner bottom this board suits a rider who likes to be faster into the wake and going out and into the flats.
