Wakeboard Boat Review

The Mondo is back for 2016, and it’s bringing some new additions to the table. The Mondo is for people who want big performance at a great value with a solid interior at a size suitable for garage storage and small waterways.

For 2016, the Mondo is available with the new Auto Flow 2.0 surf system. Having switched over from fully manual, it now switches sides with a toggle switch at the dash that is the essence of simplicity; switch it to one side or the other and you’ve got a wave. Bump your speed and adjust the wake plate up or down with the new controls on either side of the steering wheel. New rear-facing seating options for 2016 keep with the company’s mantra of functional additions that don’t cost a lot. Opt for a seat back behind the driver as well as the new sliding rear seat, and everyone will have a comfortable spot to watch riding. The new Aviator 2 tower is standard, and it’s a far cry from most budget towers. It has a fold-assist function, so it’s not going to slam down if you let go of it, better aesthetics, and stout tubing painted to complement the gelcoat.
