Wake Park Nationals Day 2 Recap

**Tom Fooshee Wins Pro Men at Day Two of

Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships**

Waco, TX. – In a battle royale of the world’s best wake athletes, cross-discipline riders went head-to-head at day two of the Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships presented by Rockstar. In the event’s premiere division, Pro Men, Tom Fooshee’s next level riding at the BSR Cable Park catapulted him to victory and earned him a coveted national Wake Park title.

With a stacked finals field, that included the sport’s most talented wake park and boat specialists, Fooshee overcame valiant efforts from Chandler Powell, Aaron Gunn, James Windsor, Daniel Grant and Hunter Hanson to earn his spot atop the podium. His championship winning run hit on all cylinders and featured huge rotations off the park’s ramps and near flawless riding on its rail sections.

“Having a mix of park and boat riders at Nationals really made everyone step up their game,” said Fooshee. “Everyone was riding great today and it’s incredible to win Nationals against such a talented group of riders.”

A dramatic finals heat also went down in the Women’s Pro division at Wake Park Nationals today. Nautique Team athlete Meagan Ethell was spectacular in victory. She now looks to cross disciplines and repeat her performance for a win at Wakeboard Nationals this weekend.
