Tige’s $1,000 Test Drive Challenge

Tige Boats today issued a bold, unprecedented challenge to prospective wakeboard boat owners with its Tigé $1,000 Test Drive Challenge.

From May 1-31, 2011, Tige Boats invites customers to test-drive wakeboard boats from competitors and then come test-drive a Tige wakeboard boat. If the customer buys the competitive model, Tige Boats will give them $1,000.

“We feel extremely confident about our advantage because Tigé sells itself on the water,” said Tige Boats President Rick Correll. “One spin around the lake and our customers immediately feel the Tige difference and just can’t go back to status quo after such an experience.”

Tige Boats’ key differentiators include its patented Convex V hull and TAPS2 technology, which makes its wakeboard boats the first and only inboards to feature full trim capability. TigéTouch — the first touch screen to market — controls the entire onboard experience, including wake and ballast settings, through a single interface. Every Tige Boats component, from the smooth and powerful PCM engine to the sturdy, rattle-free Alpha Z tower, is integrated to work together in perfect harmony.

“While our individual technologies and features are superior, our biggest advantage is intuitive design and handling,” Correll says. “Tige test drivers say it’s as if their every need was anticipated. That’s ultimately what sells Tige. And it’s an intangible that other builders just can’t copy.”
