For the fifth consecutive year, Moomba Boats has earned the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s prestigious Marine Industry CSI Award for outstanding customer satisfaction.
Consumers often underestimate the quality and reliability of a value-priced wakeboard boat line like Moomba Boats. However, it’s hard to deny Moomba Boats has just that when owners consistently report satisfaction with Moomba’s wakeboard boats five years in a row.
To be recognized, Moomba Boats had to achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year. Moomba Boats was scored based on information provided by customers who purchased a new Moomba wakeboard boat during the period between April 1, 2009, and March 31, 2010.
