Texas Ski Ranch recently announced that Mickey Avalon will perform on May 8 at its 2010 Cablestock event. While the New Braunfels, Texas, cable wakeboarding park has tested the waters with live music at events, it has never come close to Mickey Avalon’s level.
Avalon, though, is just one part of the activities slated for the three-day wakeboard and music festival. Cablestock, which will be held May 7-9, will also feature six different wake competitions, a skateboard comp, bikini contest, Texas Hold’em tournament and a video premiere by Norbi Vasko.
