**1. Many riders grab this move to set the axis. Make sure you use more legs then edge on this trick to keep the line tension low and allow you to pull hard on the handle to create the slack you need to make the passes.

2. Make sure you level out before you pull to spin. I see many riders leave the wake with the nose up and pull while the nose is pointing up. This creates a weird axis and the board will usually get behind you during the spin and on the landing. Leave the wake, pitch over a little bit so the board levels, and pull aggressively to spin the seven. Make sure the riders in the boat can see the bottom of the board the entire time. You want the board to stay in front of you throughout the entire move.
