In this commercial for Brother SA, Greg Francois films a wakeboarder at the Theewaterskloof Dam in South Africa for its latest television campaign. Francois wanted to see how close he could get his 35 mm camera to the action with his camera platforms including an inflatable mount towed at high speeds and a chopper that raced a meter above and behind the wakeboarder. They got lucky with the weather though, as the region is known as wind alley. The mirrored surfaces gave pro wakeboarder Andrew Bourne and semi pro wakeboarder Nick Burton-Moore a chance to show off their professional tricks.
