2011 WWA Worlds to Stream LIVE on Facebook

Indianapolis, Ind. – Can't make it to Indianapolis to watch the best riders on the planet compete in the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink WWA Wakeboard World Championships, presented by Supra? No problem! The 18th annual event, held at The Precedent on Aug. 18-21, will be streamed LIVE each day on the King of Wake's Facebook page.

To watch all the action in real time, just “like” the King of Wake’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/prowakeboardtour and click the “King of Wake LIVE” tab beneath the profile picture.

The webcast will cover all the amateur divisions and most of the pro divisions. The pro division finals will not be streamed through Facebook, as they will air on the VERSUS television network on Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. ET.

Since its inception in 1994, the WWA Worlds has attracted thousands of competitors from more than 20 countries – all who’ve earned their invitation to the annual competition by qualifying at their respective countries’ national championships.

With competitors ranging from seven years old to 55 years young, the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink WWA Wakeboard World Championships, presented by Supra features 23 division categories, separated by age and skill-level, including its two new adaptive categories for wake athletes with limb loss and limb difference.
