The 2026 Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour saved plenty of fireworks for last.
Stop 3, held August 13-14 at Lake David in Groveland, Florida, closed the three-stop season with some of the year’s strongest riding—and delivered a pair of dramatic championship finishes.
In Pro Men Wakeboard, Tyler Higham mastered the event’s distinctive format to claim the Stop 3 victory. Higham won the Double Up category with a wrapped nose-grab double KGB, finished second in the three-trick line and added a third-place finish in Best Trick. That combination of technical precision and consistency put him atop the final Stop 3 podium, ahead of Maxime Roux in second and Nic Rapa in third.
But while Higham owned the final stop, Rapa owned the season.
Rapa entered the finale with the points lead and held on to capture his fifth overall Pro Wakeboard Tour championship. Higham finished second in the season standings, with Daniel Johnson third. The championship was another milestone for Rapa, who continues to build one of the most impressive résumés in professional wakeboarding.

The women’s championship delivered perhaps the biggest drama of the weekend.
Meagan Ethell arrived at Stop 3 ten points behind Euge de Armas in the season standings, meaning she needed to win the finale while De Armas finished third or lower to take the title. After placing third in Best Trick, Ethell found another gear when the pressure was highest. She won both the Double Up and three-trick-line categories to claim the Stop 3 victory. De Armas finished third, behind runner-up Zahra Kell, giving Ethell exactly what she needed.
The result crowned Ethell the 2026 Pro Women Wakeboard overall champion, her first PWT title. Ethell and De Armas finished the season tied at 270 points, with Ethell taking the championship on the applicable tiebreaker. Mackenzie McCarthy finished third overall with 210 points, followed by Abby Guinan with 205.
In Pro Wakesurf, Jett Lambert was untouchable. Lambert swept all three 2026 stops and, with the victory, captured his fourth consecutive overall PWT title. Donny Searle finished second for the season, followed by Dylan Matthews.
The Junior Pro division also produced a new season champion. Max Saia saved his best performance for the finale, winning Stop 3 ahead of Rex Abbott and Parka Edwards. But consistency carried Kane Ward to the overall championship after finishes of second, first and fourth across the three stops.
