Every year Phil Soven is a threat to win any event he enters. In 2015 that’s no different as he’s constantly a reminder to everyone why his two passes are deadly. He gets a lot of heat for them looking the same every year, but if it ain’t broke right? Time will tell if Phil has what it takes to back up his previous performances this year with more time on the podium.
