Hood River, OR – March 8, 2013 – Slingshot Sports is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Stuart as our Customer Service Manager. Nick will be leading the team that will improve and optimize our customer service and warranty departments. Nick will focus on the customer to create a world class experience throughout every customer interaction.

Nick joins our team with 7+ years of watersports industry experience with a strong background in sales, customer service, marketing and web development. On the water Nick is an avid Kiteboarder and Standup Paddle Boarder. Nick will be focused on improving Slingshot’s knowledge center, order entry, case management, and warranty processes. “I am thrilled to be joining the Slingshot team and I look forward to working with a company focused on producing the highest quality products with a commitment to ‘world class’ service” said Nick.

Nick will work directly with our current customer service representative Kyle Knight to improve our level of service.
