To be considered for this position, a candidate must be professional, highly motivated and well organized with a good knowledge of the marine industry and retailers in the territory.
Field sales reps are responsible to cultivate, manage and maximize sales and customer satisfaction within the territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Regular travel to dealers
• Effective, direct communications with dealers and Roswell
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasting process with dealers
• Identify and access stable territory growth
• Provide key market and competitor information from the field
• Dealer product and sales training
• Attend key events including boat shows and dealer events
• Two to three years minimum marine/outdoor sports sales experience
• Must have current line of products
• Well-established dealer relationships in the territory is an asset
