Tige Unveils 2009 Line

Tige unveiled its 2009 boat lineup June 20 on the first day of the 2008 Tige Pro-Am Wakeboarding Championships in Portland, Oregon. The 2009 line includes eight V-drive and direct-drive inboard models, ranging from 20 to 24 feet in length.

Tige also announced that PCM marine engines will power all of its 2009 boats. All Tige models now include the PCM EX 343-horsepower, 5.7-liter base engine. All PCM engines offered by Tige are available with the emissions-cleaning Catanium catalytic converter.

The brand-new Tige Alpha Z tower, the enhanced Tige SpeedSet cruise control, and redesigned dash designs are among the innovations offered in the 2009 lineup.

The Alpha Z, a fully collapsible tower made from precision-cast aluminum, includes docking lights and built-in handles for helping passengers in and out of the boat, and can be outfitted with a range of options, including swivel board racks and tower speakers.

Standard on all Tige models, Tige SpeedSet cruise control is easier to use than ever this year, thanks to new advanced memory settings and other features. The new dash design and technology includes the Medallion 3
