Redesigned for 2009, the Marius uses the PT78 Core, which trims more than a pound off the deck by using lighter foam, two full sheets of carbon graphite, and fiberglass hollow rods throughout. The Marius’s top shaping was changed to dish out the area above the V-Tech, creating a feather-light construction at the tip and tail, while increasing strength. This board is great for the advanced rider who likes a fast board to go huge into the flats with soft landings, but beginners might find this board to be too aggressive. The Marius is designed for the rider who likes a fast board that is quick from edge to edge.
