**1. Instead of using all the strength in one arm to pull and pass, try to bend over and use your body to bring the handle to you.

2. Try riding in the middle of the wake with the board still facing forward but your upper body facing backward, with both hands behind your back in the cuffed position. This will give you a better feel during the part of the spin when you are backward.
