The same fundamentals are true for the toeside 720; you’re just putting two 360s together. Or, as Gregg thinks about it, “adding another 180 to the end of a 540.” If you’re feeling like you want to try this, pop up really high off the double-up (don’t try it off the wake, like Gregg does here, unless you’re feeling really lucky) and wait to begin spinning until you are well into the air. “Think 540 at first, then finish 720 at the very end,” says Necrason. Each move has its own strange way of working itself out, as has as each rider. If it doesn’t work, try looking at it in a different way.
