Heelside Roll to Revert

This move takes the same approach as a backside roll – progressive heelside edge into the wake standing tall. During the second part of your rotation, after you’ve reached the peak of the trick, let go with your front hand, keeping the handle at your hip by turning your wrist over as if putting it in your pocket. This little gesture, as weird as it sounds, will help bring the board to fakie in any trick, from wake 180 to mobes. Look at the shore when preparing to land to keep your shoulders pointing away from the boat and your axis upright. Try not to throw the rotation early; rotating to fakie during the second half of the trick to keep a tall axis is key.
