OVERVIEW

Before it was repackaged as the Malibu 23 vRide, this wakeboard boat was the Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, the ride of choice for professional wakeboarders and elite wake schools like Darin Shapiro’s Ride the Spot. Today, the Malibu Boats 23 vRide offers that same proven wake performance with an everything-you-need, nothing-you-don’t attitude, making it a perfect fit for the budget-minded family of riders. Rider-focused standard features like the V-25 wake hull, Illusion X tower and 400 pounds of ballast come standard. So does Malibu’s award-winning construction and a comfortable layout with room for 13 people and mounds of storage – all for less than $50,000.

FAVORITE FEATURE:

Auto Wedge

One of the standout innovations of ’09, this one-of-a-kind feature automatically disengages Malibu’s patented Power Wedge while pulling up or retrieving riders, improving fuel consumption and reducing time to plane by more than a third. High-performance wake sessions just got more efficient.

THE WAKES

Built on the same legendary hull as the 2007 Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, the Malibu 23 vRide’s long and well-sculpted wakes are pro- and tournament-tested. With the 900 pounds of factory ballast, these ramps are plenty meaty for big moves into the flats. Do you want to ride like the pros? Just let out your line, add some weight and bump up your speed a bit.
